Reservation Policy
As with any business, cancellations are unfortunate for the guest as well as Kaos. We have designed our policies to be as fair as possible for both.
If you need to cancel or modify your reservations for any reason the following applies:
Non-Holiday
Reservation Deposit
- The deposit is 50% of the reservation total. Upon completion of your stay, you will receive your deposit as a credit on your invoice. The reservation will not be reserved until the deposit is paid. You may pay by credit card, check, or cash.
Cancellations
- If you cancel your reservation 48 hours before your check in date. You will receive your deposit back minus $25 per pet. The $25 will be added to your account as a credit for your next visit. Expires within six months. Nontransferable.
Modifications
- If you modify your reservation with less than 48 hours before check in date or during your stay, you will be required to pay for all days reserved.
Holiday/Prime Day Reservation Deposit
A Holiday/Prime Day deposit is required during Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, and all Spring Break dates. The deposit is 50% of the reservation total. Upon completion of your stay, you will receive your deposit as a credit on your invoice.
The Holiday/Prime Day reservation deposit must be paid at the time you make your reservation. Your Holiday/Prime Day reservation will not be reserved until the deposit is paid. You may pay by credit card, check, or cash.
If your pet stays with us during a major Holiday & Prime Day, there is an additional $4 Holiday rate (per pet) for up to three days ($12 total per pet). These Holiday/Prime Days include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Spring Break, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.
Kaos operates 365 days each year. We are closed on all major holidays for people but here to attend to your pet's needs.
Holiday/Prime Day Cancellations
Cancellations
- If you cancel 7 days or more before your check-in date, you will receive your deposit back minus a $35 cancellation fee per pet.
- If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your pet’s check-in date, you forfeit your full deposit with no refund.
Modifications
- If you modify your reservation less than 7 days before your pets check in date, you are required to pay for all days reserved.
Daycare Cancellations
- All Daycare reservations require a 24 hour cancellation notice or you will be charged for that day.
